Want to hear something that amused me when it really shouldn’t have?
I was in the bathroom at college earlier and just left the cubical and saw these two Muslim girls stood in front of the mirrors by the sinks.
I went over to wash my hands and just as I was leaving the room I heard one of them say:
“why are they’re so many white people in this college?”
Now, if I were to have said the reverse of that I’d have been kicked out of the college. But because I saw the irony, I just laughed it off.
I labelled it “reverse racism” to my parents but then thought, no that’s real racism.
So, I tell my tutor that I’ve been in contact with a graphics design agency in my area
and say the word apprenticeship
Suddenly, I’m in some management office collect leaflets and discussing if he’ll contact them again for me or if i will…
I said I will…
Class is talking about the media trip to go to the cinema on Wednesday…

I have to make a bibliography for this magazine project that we’re working on and I have pretty much every source.
Well, the ones that I used…
I can’t find the two for the images on the front cover designs for the life of me…
So, last year during one of my classes, I got bored and doodled in my notebook to keep myself calm.
It was at the start of a difficult time for me and, simply doodling some little things; some little guys you might recognise, stars, tea cups, and a message that has stuck with me for a while… It made me feel better.
So I looked at that same notebook today and remembered.

Basically, we’re designing a a college magazine and would like more opinions on names and contents than just the people in our college. Even if you aren’t from the UK or have left education now, we would love your input as it’s aimed at more than just college teenagers.
